Phoenix Yard comprises two historic buildings located in the heart of Kings Cross, London. We are a community of mixed businesses in a comfortable, friendly, informal atmosphere. Rent includes: broadband, heating & power, lighting, water, rates, cleaning service, kitchen facilities, basement bicycle store & showers.

65 Kings Cross Road: Our architects designed and had built a number of aisles with 6 fixed work stations in each. Each work station is priced at £210 per month (VAT not applicable).

69 Kings Cross Road: Work stations priced at £300 or £350 per month plus VAT. Ten percent discount if all work stations in room taken and further 10% discount if whole floor taken (20 work stations for total of £5,400 per month plus VAT or £4950 if sign up for 12 months minimum. We also have one room with 4 work stations that we are offering at £1000 per month plus VAT.
