EcoSpace is an environmentally-friendly serviced office that promotes entrepreneurial spirit in sustainable and social ventures. The atmosphere is friendly, comfortable, but also professional with the highest standards of amenities.

EcoSpace aims to provide a professional, flexible, and permanent space. Each person has their own dedicated desk, drawers, chair, and storage space—secured and unsecured—which we encourage to make their own. While “hot-desking” is possible for people within a company, we will not share your desk with anyone else.

Each floor can accommodate 6-8 large desks. Desks are rented per month, on 1-year contracts with only 2-week notice required for termination. There is also a fully refundable deposit equivalent to 1 month of rent.

There is unlimited internet and a telephone with a dedicated number is possible (fee applies). Black & white and colour printers, scanners, and fax machines are available (fee applies)
